Orders placed over our Sample Sale will be shipped within 10 Working Days.
Orders can not be amended, cannot be cancelled and separate orders can not be combined.
IMPORTANT: All sample sale products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
We send all parcels (excluding wallpaper) via Royal Mail, you will receive an email once your purchase has been dispatched and a tracking number will be attached to your email, which will take you to the Royal Mail Track & Trace when clicked. All parcels will come well packaged to avoid damage.
Orders placed with Standard Shipping will be despatched within 3-5 working days. *Exclusions apply
Next-Day delivery is available for £6.95 on orders placed before 1 pm Monday - Thursday. Orders placed after 1 pm using the Next Day delivery option will be sent the following business day using Next Day delivery. Please note, Next Day delivery is not available on large prints and wallpaper at this time.
Standard Delivery is £2.99 for A4 prints and single textile products. Standard Delivery is £4.99 for bigger orders, ceramics and A3+ prints. We send all parcels Tracked 48. Orders over £75 will receive Free Delivery (excluding wallpapers).
Please note orders that include personalised items will take 5-7 working days to despatch.
Please note all home & lifestyle items will be shipped from our other warehouse. This means they may arrive separately to products, not in this range. You will be notified by email when they have been dispatched.
Large Scale Prints, A2, A1 & 50x70, will be shipped in a tube parcel.
Royal Mail advises delivery for second class services can be up to 3-5 working days. In the event your parcel is still not with you beyond this timeframe, we advise you to contact the Royal Mail first to attempt to locate your parcel. Please note, we cannot resend orders until they are officially declared lost under Royal Mail guidelines (10 working days).
Wallpaper is shipped by DPD and we advise delivery can be up to three weeks. Shipping rates start at £10 for UK shipping.
*Pre-orders* Please note that orders that include an item that has been purchased on a pre-order status will be held and shipped when the pre-order item is due to commence despatch.
Free delivery is automatically applied when your basket total reaches £75.00 or over. Wallpaper is excluded from the free delivery promotion.

We're sorry, we currently do not offer exchanges. Please feel free to return your products to us for a full refund.
All returns are payable by the customer. Please return any unwanted items within 14 days. Your refund will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving your return. We advise customers to send their returns on a tracked service. Please ensure your order number is included or we may be unable to process it.

Prints: All prints are printed on-demand. We accept exchanges and refunds for non-personalised prints. Personalised prints are non-refundable.
Textile Products: Personalised textile products are non-refundable. All other textile products can be returned in an unused, new condition.
Wallpaper: Returns accepted on all wallpaper which is still in the original packaging in an unused, new condition.
Cards & Wrap: Returns accepted in unused, new condition.
Mugs: Returns accepted in unused, new condition.
Clothing & Bedding: Returns accepted on unused, unopened bedding. Clothing; all tags must be intact and garments unworn.
Dog Accessories: To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Please measure your dog before ordering.
Home & Lifestyle Collection: Returns accepted in unused, new condition.
Items sent in a gifting box need to be returned unopened.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we aim for all orders to arrive in the same condition that we dispatch them, if anything arrives damaged, faulty or there is any other problem with your order then please contact us within two weeks of receiving your faulty/damaged and we'll do our best to resolve this for you!
