We send most parcels on a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service although some larger orders may also go with DPD.
Whilst most orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days of despatch, we ask to allow up to 5 working days, If your order has gone over this timescale please contact us.
Next Day Delivery
Orders placed with Next Day Shipping before 2pm Monday – Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next working day. Excludes Bank Holidays and weekends. We send most next day parcels on a Royal Mail Tracked 24 service although some larger orders may also go with DHL or DPD.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is packaged for despatch by our team, tracking information can take 24 hours to update from this point.

Free UK Delivery over £50
UK orders over £50 will automatically qualify for Free standard delivery.
Wallpaper and delivery outside the UK are excluded from the free delivery offer.
In the unlikely event your parcel is taking longer than expected we advise you to contact the courier first. Please note, we cannot resend orders until they are officially declared lost under Royal Mail guidelines (10 working days).
DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE UK

The delivery time will vary based on your location with orders to Europe expected to arrive within 5-7 working days of despatch, and for other locations 7-10 working days of despatch we ask to allow up to 3 working days over these timescales for any short delays and to check for contact regarding the customs clearance of your order if it appears to be stationery on arrival in your country, If your order has gone over this timescales please contact us

As a made to order item they are not returnable under our standard 30 days policy, please contact customer support if there is a fault with your order.
Pre-Orders
We occasionally offer some of our products on a pre-order basis.
Details of each products expected shipping dates will be available just above the product price.
Please allow a couple of working days on this timescale to account for short delays, any more than this and we will send an updated timescale for you.
If you are concerned your order has gone beyond these timescales and you haven't received an update please contact us.
Typically we will ship any in stock items separately to pre-order items following our normal delivery timescales.
