Order Amendments  
We’re sorry we cannot amend orders or shipping addresses once your order is confirmed orders also can’t be cancelled. 

Order Tracking 
We send all parcels on a tracked service please ensure you enter your email and contact details so you will be sent all updates. For more information, please see our Delivery Page.

We announce all restocks and new deliveries on our social media and via marketing email. Make sure you're signed up and follow us to be the first to Know 
Join our growing customer community in our Facebook group ‘EB Addicts’  This group is somewhere our customers can share their love for the brand, get exclusive discount codes, and get sneak peeks before anyone one. 
We advise customers to please be incredibly careful when adding personalisation details to their order, your order will be personalised as per the note on your order, with the same spelling/grammar/colour you have typed/selected. 

Discount Codes 
As our discount codes vary so their terms and conditions. Make sure you check when you receive any code as some may only be valid on certain items and have an expiry date. Discount Codes must be entered in the discount code at the checkout when placing the order.   


Our Wallpaper is bespoke and printed to order in small batches. To ensure your order the correct amount from the same batch number for 100% Colour match guarantee please use a wallpaper calculator. We find this one helpful: 

Sizing Queries  
Our products may fit differently to other stores you are used too. We include sizing information in the relevant product images on our website as a full sizing and measurement guide.

Combining Orders  
Unfortunately, due to the volume of orders that we receive, we are unable to combine orders.   

Sample Sale 

Instead of throwing away our samples, we give our customer a chance to purchased them at amazing discounts. Our Sample Sale includes a mixture of products including one-off exclusives, Mis printed ceramics, personalised Samples, Goody Bags, Products Bundles and Clearance items. Non-Faulty Items are listed as a *SAMPLE* and items that have faults *FAULTY*  
All Sample Sale Purchases are final and non-refundable.
