I’m not sure what size Christmas jumper to order?
For any Christmas jumper sizing questions please refer to the sizing details on our website or the highlights on social media. Both adults and children’s jumpers are true to size.
I need to change the size of a product I have ordered?
We are unable to amend sizing to your order once your order is confirmed.
If you need to changes the product you have ordered you would need to cancel your order and reorder. To cancel your order please email email@example.com. Please note, your order can only be cancelled if the packing team have not already picked up your order.
I need to change personalisation details on my order?
We advise Customers to please be very careful when adding personalisation details to your order, your order will be personalised as per your note with the same spelling/grammar/colour you have typed/selected.
Orders cannot be amended once confirmed. Please also be aware that personalised products are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please double check your personalisation details before you place the order. You can check the personalisation on our order confirmation.
If you have typed the wrong personalisation you will need to cancel and place a new order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note, your order can only be cancelled if the packing team have not already picked up your order.
I’ve made serval orders, please can I combine them?
Unfortunately, due to the volume of orders that we receive we are unable to combine orders.
When is a product coming back in stock?
You can sign up to be notified if a product comes back in stock on each product page. Otherwise please look out for updates posted to our social media feed and email newsletter.
I’ve ordered a personalised item/s but it hasn’t been shipped yet?
Personalised items have a longer turnaround. These products take 5-7 working days to be made. During our busier periods please allow 7-10 working days for your order to be made.
Items will be shipped together if you have a personalised item in your order your entire order will be shipped in 5-7 working days.

I’ve ordered an Advent Calendar that hasn’t arrived with my order?
Advent calendars are sent in a Large Tube, separately to other parcels.
I’ve ordered a large scale print that hasn’t arrived with my order?
Large Scale Prints (A2, A1 & 50x70) are sent in a pink tube parcel. Separately to other parcels.
I’ve order Gift Wrap in my order can you wrap the items?
So sorry but we currently do not have a Gift wrap Service.
