In the event your parcel is still not with you beyond this timeframe, we advise you to contact the Royal Mail first to attempt to locate your parcel. Please note, we cannot resend orders until they are officially declared lost under Royal Mail guidelines (10 working days). 

Wallpaper is shipped by DPD and we advise delivery can be up to three weeks. Shipping rates start at £10 for UK shipping. 

*Pre-orders* Please note that orders that include an item that has been purchased on a pre-order status will be held and shipped when the pre-order item is due to commence despatch.

Free Delivery 

Free delivery is automatically applied when your basket total reaches £75.00 or over. Wallpaper is excluded from the free delivery promotion.
