UK Delivery 

All Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout.  

Standard Delivery in Peak Sales Period (September to January)
Please note your order may take a little longer than usual to arrive, as we expect an increase in volume of orders during this sales period. Please allow 5-7 working days for your order to be shipped, you will receive an email notification. If you'd like your order sooner please select our Next Day UK Delivery Service.

Standard Delivery  
Orders placed with Standard Shipping will be despatched within 3-5 working days. 
We send all parcels on a Tracked 48 service.  

Next Day Delivery  
Orders placed with Next Day Shipping before 1 pm Monday – Thursday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm will be shipped the next working day. Excludes Bank Holidays and weekends.

Wallpaper Delivery 
Our wallpapers are bespoke and printed to order we advise delivery can be up to four weeks. All tracking information and a delivery window will be sent to your contact details entered at the point of order.  

Free Delivery 
Order value reaching over £100 at the checkout will automatically qualify for Free UK Delivery. Wallpapers and Bedding and delivery outside the UK are excluded from Free Delivery.  

In the unlikely event your parcel is taking longer than expected we advise you to contact the courier first. Please note, we cannot resend orders until they are officially declared lost under Royal Mail guidelines (10 working days).  

DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE UK  

Including Ireland, Europe, Asia, North America, South America, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout depending on location and parcel size. 

Orders delivered outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are levied when the delivery reaches its specific destination, and you will be responsible for the payment of any such duties and taxes. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
