Our wallpapers are bespoke and printed to order we advise delivery can be up to four weeks. All tracking information and a delivery window will be sent to your contact details entered at the point of order.

Order value reaching over £100 at the checkout will automatically qualify for Free UK Delivery. Wallpapers and Bedding and delivery outside the UK are excluded from Free Delivery.

In the unlikely event your parcel is taking longer than expected we advise you to contact the courier first. Please note, we cannot resend orders until they are officially declared lost under Royal Mail guidelines (10 working days).

We use branded tissue paper and paper void fill when required to provide extra protection for the products.

Pre-Orders
Please note when you order an item on pre-order, your entire order will be placed on hold until the estimated despatch date stated in the product description/social communication. If you have ordered with Next Day UK Delivery this will still be sent on this service when the ordered is processed.

Standard Delivery in Peak Period and Sales
Please note your order may take a little longer than usual to arrive, as we expect an increase in volume of orders during this sales period.
