DELIVERIES & RETURNS
We send all parcels (excluding wallpaper) via Royal Mail, you will receive an email once your purchase has been dispatched and a tracking number will be attached to your email, which will take you to the Royal Mail Track & Trace when clicked. All parcels will come well packaged to avoid damage.
Standard Delivery is £2.99 for A4 and A3 prints and textile products. Standard Delivery is £4.99 for mugs and A2+ prints. We send all parcels Tracked 48.
Royal Mail advises delivery for second class services can be up to 3-5 working days. In the event your parcel is still not with you beyond this timeframe, we advise you contact the Royal Mail first to attempt to locate your parcel. Please note, we cannot re-send orders until they are officially declared lost under Royal Mail guidelines (10 working days).
Next Day delivery is available for £6.95 on orders placed before 1pm Monday - Thursday. Orders placed after 1pm using the Next Day delivery option will be sent the following business day using Next Day delivery. Please note, Next Day delivery is not available on large prints and wallpaper at this time.
Wallpaper is shipped by DPD and we advise delivery can be up to three weeks. Shipping rates start at £10 for UK shipping.

We are pleased to be able to send items internationally, all shipping rates are stated at checkout depending on location. International Standard orders are sent out via the Royal Mail and prices are listed below:

Wallpaper is shipped by DPD and we advise delivery can be up to three weeks. Shipping rates start at £15 for wallpaper depending on destination and weight.
Prints : All prints are printed on-demand. We accept exchanges and refunds for non-personalised prints. Personalised prints are non-refundable.
Textile Products: Personalised textile products are non-refundable. All other textile products can be returned in an unused, new condition.
Wallpaper: Returns accepted on all wallpaper which is still in original packaging in an unused, new condition.
Cards & Wrap: Returns accepted in unused, new condition.
Mugs: Returns accepted in unused, new condition.
All returns are payable by the customer.
